In this keynote presentation, we will explore the transformative potential of Lifestyle Medicine (LM) to redefine healthcare. Drawing on the latest evidence-based practices, this session will delve into how LM shifts the focus from disease management to whole-person care, emphasizing the role of therapeutic lifestyle changes in preventing, managing, and reversing chronic diseases. Attendees will gain insights into the science supporting lifestyle interventions, the practicalities of integrating LM into clinical practice, and the significant impact on patient outcomes, healthcare costs, and clinician well-being. The presentation will also highlight the role of LM in addressing health inequities and promoting sustainable, patient-centered care.
